We first met Spencer a number of years ago in the benching area of the Westminster Kennel Club Show in NYC. He was in his element in the crowds, greeting everyone with such openness. His gentleness with children and older people was impressive. He is a great ambassador for our breed. We have watched him as he has matured and entered his senior years (he is nearly 10 years old) and his continued soundness and athleticism are a testament to how nicely put together he is.

Gudgeon is nearly three years old. She was part of a very special litter co-bred by us with Chrissie Mayhew (Arnac Chesapeakes) when Chrissie sent Gudgeon’s mother, Larch (Arnac Bay Arapahoe) from the UK to our home in Maryland. It was a dream come true for us to bring this beautiful bitch to our home and to ultimately have one of her daughters.
Gudgeon is 21 3/4 inches to the shoulder. She is 63 pounds of muscle and gumption. She is a keen retriever, is very intelligent, and savors any kind of training. She is a team player that values her bond with her people over all else.
