If you are seriously interested in a puppy from the M and Gudgeon litter, please fill out the questionnaire below so that we can learn a little about you prior to our first conversation. These questionnaires go directly into our inbox and the information you share with us will go no further. We respect your privacy. And, because communication is a two-way street, there is space in the questionnaire for you to ask any questions that you may have for us. We hope you understand that our interview process is fairly detailed as it give us the opportunity to get to know each other quite well and it ensures that our pups go into homes that are well suited for them.
